Big girl updates!

Since I have been busy making an entire new blog.. I never updated some HUGE news!  Leah is in a big girl bed!  Last week Thursday I went upstairs to get her from a nap, and she was on top of her crib, climbing out.  We scrambled to get her toddler bed together, and were a little nervous on how she would do.  She did GREAT!  She is honestly doing so well.  It's like nothing changed.  Anyone who knows Leah, knows how routine oriented she is.  This is a huge deal for her!

We've gone to the park a few times in the last week.  It was so much fun.  Leah enjoys going down the slides.  She climbs up them all by herself.  I cannot believe how big she is!  She even went down the "big kid slide".  She is still not too fond of the swings, but we're getting there.

Yesterday, she decided not to nap... We let her play around in her room, and got her two hours later.  She thought it was great until she fell asleep on the living room floor around 3:30pm.  We didn't want her to sleep too long, so we talked and didn't be very quiet.. well, she ended up sleeping through everything and slept an entire hour.  We took advantage of the cuteness and took a video and lots of pictures.

Brayden is doing great.  He loves playing with his toes!  He is working on sitting up by himself.  The longest he has gone was about 20 seconds.  Slowly but surely.  He is starting to get more consistent at naps, but of course, as I am typing this.. he should be napping.  I cannot believe he is almost 6 months old.  We always tell him how amazing he is... really, we do.  He is a happy, outgoing, and sweet tempered baby.  He is more ticklish than any person I know, and loves to laugh.
