Fall.

My favorite time of year is fall.  I love everything about it.  Up until yesterday, it was still around 90 here, and it surely didn't feel like fall.  We had a crazy cold front come in last night, and it was a chilly 65 today.  It was wonderful.  We decided to go for a "hay" ride, jumpy things, and a park today.  The weather was gorgeous.  Our friend, David and his son, Miles came too.  The kids had so much fun on the horse wagon ride.  They were sweet enough to line the bed of the wagon with a thin layer of hay to make it seem more festive.  The look on Miles and Leah's faces when the horse neighed was priceless.

They enjoyed running up and down a huge hill near the park.  That kept them occupied for at least 45 minutes until the bouncy houses were opened.  Leah is obsessed with bouncy houses.  She literally would play in them until she fell asleep.  We had to bribe her with kettle corn to get her to go back to the car.  I am not against bribery occasionally.

We have continued to do many projects.  The past couple of days we played with gel, spelled with letter cookies (a definite favorite of Leah's), collected sticks outside, and painted with "dots".  Leah is learning and having so much fun.

We ended today with a nice walk.  I pulled the kids in the wagon while Daddy walked the dogs.  They always have so much fun.  Brayden somehow got out of his belt and was standing on the seat... good thing I was paying attention.  He thought it was great, and was so proud of himself.  He finally is starting to talk a lot.  He says, "Wow!, Hi Dad, Ut Oh, and Momma".  His newest, "wow" is adorable.  He is so animated when he says it.  It's hard to believe how big he is getting.  He has 6 teeth and 4 more popping through.  My baby is getting older!!!

Enjoy the pictures.
