Purple water and the beach.

Brayden normally takes only one nap a day now.  When he does take two naps, we always try to do something extra special with Leah.  Today, he took an early nap around 8am (he woke up at 5).  I have been wanting to do this project with Leah for a while, and thought today was perfect for it.  I got together all of my clear containers that did different things with water.  I had a spray bottle, a turkey baster, different containers with different lids, and some purple and pink water.  She went nuts.  It was so much fun watching her.  She was very quiet at first just trying to figure out how everything worked, but after about an hour, she was talking up a storm.  It was great!

Brayden is really working on walking.  He now takes steps and actually took 7 steps the other night.  I think he'll be walking by the end of the month.  He is still really cautious, but confident at the same time.  He is so proud of himself (I am proud of him too!)

We went to the beach today.  Cavan walked the dogs while I pulled the kids in the wagon.  After 15 minutes Leah wanted out of the wagon and had so much fun running around.  She raced Daddy, walked Delko and Payton, and pulled Brayden in the wagon.  

We stayed for more than an hour and she was exhausted by the end.  We got her buckled in her car seat when she exclaimed she needed to go potty.  We ended up driving a block to Grandpa and Grandma's house so she could go potty.  Leah was so excited when Aubrey got back home.  They love each other and it is so cute to see them having fun together.
